Non-member Integrative Consultations

  • Due to demand, we now offer affordable one-time integrative consultations for non-members who may already have a primary healthcare provider. This can be ideal for those of you that:
  • • Are generally healthy with a minor chronic condition but are interested in learning about non-traditional or holistic treatments that are more aligned with your values, are less invasive and can safely complement or even replace the current Western medicine-based solution.

    • Have complicated medical problems and are interested in safely reducing medications, avoiding side-effects or supplementing care.

    • To be empowered and be given hope: Knowing you do have choices and alternatives that have the capacity to optimize your body’s innate resilience and capacity for self-healing.

    • To explore ways that you may be pro-active in preventing or mitigating disease or worsening of a new diagnosis.
  • Telehealth or In-person visit with the Nurse Practitioner to address your concerns and/or health goals.
  • Reviewing medical history, medications and/or supplements, family history, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, environmental exposures, stress and social factors.
  • Discuss current concerning symptoms, and your experience with any treatment that has been attempted, if any.
  • If appropriate, assisting you to identify your strengths or address any weaknesses you feel are potential barriers to achieving your self-identified goals.
  • Depending on the complexity of the visit, the nurse practitioner will gather any additional evidence-based research or resources and provide you with a personalized plan of integrative recommendations which you may share with your primary care or other providers or simply implement on your own. These may include herbal-botanical or homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes, body-energy therapies and other approaches outside mainstream Western medicine.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Dear Katie,
It gives us great pleasure to write this. Last year my husband myself and our 31 year old son Jesse, who is nonverbal and Autistic came to you. You amazed us initially because you actually spoke to Jesse. Most professionals either talk only to us or talk about him as if he was deaf or invisible. Next you took such time getting our information and examining him. You assured us you would research a doctor to address Jesse's GI issues . Your research and recommendation to the doctor was on point and wonderful. We want to thank you for everything you did and hope to connect soon. You are truly wonderful.
