No. Our practice is a self-pay service and we do not accept or bill insurance nor other third-party payers. Taking health insurance payments creates tremendous cost and unnecessary burden which then requires seeing hundreds more patients in a shorter amount of time to offset that cost. Additionally, taking insurance allows them to dictate how we care for our patients and health insurance is not interested in preventing illness or promoting wellness.

Yes, as long as your HSA or FSA acts as a VISA or other credit card as you would enter it securely as a credit card payment on file. However, we cannot guarantee that Membership fees will be eligible with your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). It is your responsibility to check with your program administrator.

Although we do offer non-member annual complete physical exams with labs (at an additional charge), we no longer refill medications for non-member one-time visits. It is best practice to perform periodic lab work as appropriate and maintain follow-up with individuals for whom we are prescribing ongoing medications which is offered in our Direct Primary Care Membership.

We ask that prospective patients fill out the registration form and questionnaire then we will contact you to schedule a complimentary virtual (video and audio) 15-minute Meet and Greet. This is to help determine whether our services and wellness approach is a good fit for you and/or your family and whether we feel we can meet your needs.

No. I am not a Functional Medicine certified provider although I do my best to address and treat the root cause of an individual’s symptoms or condition, but only to the degree with which I am competent or feel knowledgeable.

Currently, we provide Primary Care. We do not specialize in Hormone Pellet Therapy/BHRT, Weight-loss or treatment for Endocrine conditions, Autoimmune diseases, Mold toxicity, Autism, Asthma, Allergies or Heavy metal toxicity. However, we do assist and treat many of our patients who have complex conditions such as these to better manage their symptoms and overall health using a holistic and integrative approach.  We do not provide services which are beyond our expertise and recommend that patients maintain a relationship with their current specialists. We welcome the opportunity to coordinate with them to give you the very best care.

Currently we are putting prospective patients who are requesting either treatment for Long-Covid or a Post-Covid Vaccine condition on a waitlist. This waitlist is usually a few weeks out.
